Hi guys, i will try to be there but i will only know tomorrow if i can be with you.
One question about parking.   I'm not from Montreal area and i would like to know if there any parking not too far from the restaurant.  It's not always easy to park my RAM.

Hey Joss, we'll try to find that out for you and post it here. Do you care if it's pay parking or free parking? Just asking.

There is street parking next to the premises, on St-Catherine, but usually it's hard to find a free spot there.

Next option you have is to park on St-Matthieu, in between De Maisonneuve and René-Lévesque. If that fails, you should be able to find a parking space on René-Levesque. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk to the restaurant depending where on René-Levesque that you park.

I'll be there, and I might bring my sister too. She might be ill at ease in such a group of boys though, so she might not stay too long. At least she can help me find the place, since she lives in Montreal.

Hi Guys,

Forgot to verify for reservations until today, so I just did. We have a spot secured at the back, in the lounge area. When you arrive simply say that you have a reservation under the name "Latinjoe" and you will be taken to the special spot that I reserved for us Canuckleheads. Sorry If I forgot about this before, nobody's perfect LOL!

Also there's no special program except to have a great time together ( Actually I do have a small one for this small gathering, but it's a surprise). I will be bringing Gi joe The Rise of Cobra DVD and ask the establishment if they can play it for us on an LCD screen (or all of them, heck!). I figured, if we're going to meet, why not signal our little presence with some little Gi joe ambiance in the background  :wink: After all the place is called "Café Ciné-Express", so maybe they'll say "Yeah Sure Whatever (Nerds....)"!

Sorry guys, i will not able to be there tonight.  At this time, i'm still looking for a ''babysitter'' and i'm located at two hours from Montreal , it will be impossible to be with you.  Maybe next time.

First look at the small Canucklemeet that took place at Café Ciné Express today.





Nachos and beer and chrome oh my!!!!! To those that said they would come but didn't show up in the end, no worries, I know that you all live in south shore and I'm aware that it is hell everyday to go back home. Let's do try to meet again sometime. Likewise if any of you organize a similar activity I am always up for it. To those who showed up, thank you for helping me finish the Nachos!!!!     (but no thanks for not helping me to finish the beer LOL)
