Michaels The Craft store has on sale until Oct 1 licenced calenders. 

My wife picked up a couple 2011 G.I. Joe Rise of Cobra for 75¢.  When she told me the price I thought it was for a 2010 calender but it is for a 2011 calender.  They had a bunch of ROC calenders, also Spider-Man, Superman, Batman, etc....

Great deal for those calenders and thought we would just pass on the word.

When my wife bought the figures yesterday, they were $2.98 on the shelf and the scanner.  The discount was applied at the cash register.

It is a great buy for $3.00 but even better for $2.40.  My son is going to a birthday party today.  The kid wanted Lego.  But for the price of Lego, he is going to get 5 ROC Joes.  We even picked up a General Hawk combat hero for 60¢.  Cant go wrong for that price.

They re-stocked my local TRU again and I am going to try to buy as much as I can afford and put them in the Toy Drive box at Christmas time.

My wife just picked up Desert Viper and Jungle Ripcord for her collection from TRU Upper Canada Mall (yes my wife does collect Joes).  There was only one of each.  She also got a Reactive Ripcord for my son.

But the pegs were fully stocked with Kamakuras, Night Adders, Rex, RA Ripcord, Acc Duke, Cover Girl, Ice Viper, Nano, Red Fang and the beloved Neo Vipers.

[Side bar: OPEN RANT TO TRU..... Please get rid of the ROC stuff soon.  I am buying all I can.  I just want my SPIRIT and QUICK KICK EXCLUSIVES..... ARGHHH!!!  >:(

I received my Slaugters last night in the mail.  $8.60 for S&H, plus a free Fringe comic and Resident Evil poster.  Very happy, great transaction.

My wife was talking to the toy aisle associate at our local Walmart.  There was only 3 figures on the peg, but the associate said there is 12 boxes of figures and they are waiting for the final zoning approval so they can put them out.  They said the end of next week.  The lady wasn't able to tell my wife if wave 2 was part of those 12 boxes.

The unmasked ROC Storm Shadow was a great looking figure.  Would the design team consider making Storm Shadow unmasked again?

What will happen to the unreleased (as of yet) Arctic Threat Duke (w/ Channing Tatum head) and Desert Ripcord (w/ Marlon Wayans head) figures?  Will these figures still be released with new head sculpts or are they cancelled?

I saw it at Walmart last night.  I have always wanted an AT-AT, but I declined.  It would look sweet with a bunch of Snow Serpents jumping out of it.

But I am still kicking myself that I never picked up the Millenium Falcon (favorite Star Wars vehicle of all time)
