I was in the Bayer's Lake Wal-Mart last Thursday, and they had several Vipers, 3 or 4 HISS Drivers, and a couple of Baroness figures.

I was in Halifax a couple of weeks ago for a 4 days.  I saw jack crap at the Wal-Mart located at the West End Mall.

No I didn't, I'm not a huge fan of the 25th line, I have a few on display, however, in hindsight, had I known they were so rare I would've grabbed a couple.

Bayer's Lake Wal Mart had about a dozen Joes, couple of Baroness', CC with element, Bazooka, Barbecue, a couple of Tiger Force Flint's and Vipers. Also had several Air Chariot/Armadillo packs and a couple of HISS tanks.
