I got my copy of the extended cut today.  It added 12 minutes to the run time.  Unfortunately it appears only to come in the Bluray format and not everyone has bluray.   I didn't mind the movie and liked seeing the added/extended scenes.  Sure it has a lot to be desired and many flaws but it's a good bit of entertainment for a couple hours.

I watched a rented copy of Retaliation on DVD.
Before the movie starts there is a screen that ask's you to choose a side G.I JOE or COBRA. And my remote control is missing in action, so, i was only able to push play and select G.I JOE side...What happens when you select COBRA and watch it....?
Does Cobra win in the end...? That would be cool !!!!
