Title: Any suggestions on where to park for the Con?
Post by: GOLD5 on April 19, 2009, 04:31:46 AM
I am planning on getting there early, where is there a good spot? Anything free? Maybe just close by would be better.. I was thinking, if I was lucky enough to get a convention set I would probably not want to put it in my car and then go back inside the show :shifty:

I'm planning on buying it and putting it back in my car, never had a problem with leaving my joes in the car before.  I actually had my car broken into at the joe con in Atlanta and they didn't even give my joes a second glance they took my backup wallet, my mp3 player and my portable dvd player, and those were hidden and the joes werent :P

There's parking across the steet, around the corner, down the block, - ALL over downtown Hamilton. Sides treets aren't that far. You'll find parking easy enough. ;-)

There is underground parking for Jackson Square and Copps. You shouldn't have much problem parking there. There is security too. I used to work a lot of late shifts at the theater there. I never had a problem. I once left the window down in my car by accident and worked a whole shift. Nobody touched it.
