Glad I'm not the only one.  Love Joe, but it makes no sense to have tubs and tubs sitting in storage.  In an ideal world I would sell the HTF stuff on-line and would love it if someone took the rest of my collection (minus the pieces I would be keeping for myself) off my hands for a decent price.

That said I have shifted my collecting to Star Wars.  Both of my boys love or loved it.  My older boy did play with Joes but he has more of a fondness for SW and even TF over Joe.

This reminds me a lot of the '97 line which consisted entirely of repaints.
That what I thought too but at least these look like great quality.

The condition was that if the USA team lost, you guys would have to take Justin Bieber.
You can do whatever you want with him, but you cannot send him back here.  Ever.
Exactly.

So many nods and I am sure I missed much more.  But they did a great job all around.

I'd like to make a comment about building blocks in general. The blocks themselves actually. They used to make the blocks in a universal way that would leave you room for imagination to build just about anything. Nowadays I'm seeing that blocks are more specifically designed to the set and dictate a specific purpose.
This is true.  Even with my 6 year old - we set aside the sets and the creative building is done with the mixed older sets and new random Lego bricks.

It's like Dad said - don't talk religion, politics, money.....cellphones or gaming consoles.
It's all what you want.  I've had a BB for a while.  I tried a iPhone for a few weeks and it was fine.  If the company was not on the verge of collapse I'd get a BB again because 97% of what I do with my phone is emails.

Do whatever suits you.  I swore off phones until my employer directed me to get one.
