Same here!  I've always loved the Rattler - I'm giddy thinking about when I can take a trip south to see if I can find a few pairs to bring back.   ;D

If you go south and find some, buy all you can find. I will take 2 (maybe 3  :shifty:)

Is it identical to the one I had as a kid back in the 80's?

My original rattler and X-30 are still in perfect condition so if I ever come across some I'll pick up a bunch for you guys.  The only thing I'm really interested in is the new Slipstream figure.

I'd love to get any of the new vehicles, I haven't seen any in Nova Scotia at all. And I would love to have a Rattler and an X-30, all we can do is cross our fingers and maybe Hasbro Canada will help us out.

They always seem to make little improvements over the old versions - gun-metal silver gun-barrels, more colours to the accessories, etc.

The ONE thing that made the 80s toys fun that seems to be missing is the "some assembly required".  I don't know for sure, but it doesn't look like they come with sticker sheets for the decals or 20 different parts you have to fit together.  They look like they're all pre-assembled and painted...  a class above, I guess.

Well, they're showing up on eBay, now...

So, they should be in stores any time, now - and on eBay for a while after that.  I'm planning an October trip south, so hopefully I'll luck out and come across some while I'm there.

That guy must work in a Target store, because these are not in store yet. Even my Target Online account still shows "Temporarily Unavailable"...

That's bad...  >:(

If they're in the Target store rooms, chances are they'll be on shelves next week or the week after.  Hopefully they re-stock by Thanksgiving, because that's when I'm going to the States for Christmas Shopping.  If I'm lucky, I might be coming home with a few gifts to myself
