HJL Collectibles might be moving north of Toronto
« on: October 24, 2011, 08:21:45 AM »

Hey Guys and Ladies,

I was wondering what you think about me moving my company to a little town north of Toronto.
There are three areas that I am looking at:
  • Barrie
  • Beeton
  • Tottenham

Let me know what you think

Several years ago before we moved to Georgetown, we actually looked at several houses in Beeton and Tottenham.

Very nice small towns.

I have never been a big fan of Barrie.

I'm in the same boat as Martin. I either get it shipped or see Hal at toy shows to pick up so do whatever works best for you Hal.

Well, Barrie is not exactly in the same category as Tottenham and Beeton. Barrie is small compared to Toronto, but it's got over 100,000 people. If you're looking at the local market, that would be a big difference. But if you're just online, I guess it's pretty irrelevent. Anyways, Tottenham and Beeton are a lot smaller than Barrie.
