won't it look inconsistant if part of the dio is naturally lit and the rest artificially?

Not if the indoor scenes are shot indoors and the outdoor scenes are shot outdoors.

I just dont' want to be the guy cleaning up that much shaving cream. But it is a good idea, very simple to make terrain.

I was thinking last night about the dio story after I FINALLY got started on my self made custom and I was thinking about time and how limited it might be so I was wondering, instead of work heavily with props and back drops, can we white screen some of it? Imaging blue screen, but since white is easier to work with photo shop we could build an all white back drop out of white card board and make it on a white base with three white walls like a stage. This would be an over head view of it:

                                        ____________
                                      /
                                     /
                                    /

You get the idea. This is not to replace certain items like a terror dome but we could use this in place of having to use grey snow or a pile of shaving cream. It could also speed thing up for the photo shoot part.

Any thoughts?

Half the fun in dio stories is building the sets. It also lends to more creativity at the meet. Nice idea, though.

Crap, I just noticed my little picture I tried to make didn't work. Oh well, it was a 3 walled back drop.

One problem with my figure.  I recently shaved off the goat-t for reasons.  So there isn't a Joe out there that looks like me without the facial hair.

You have time to grow it back.... or marker it in.

:-)

Anyone got a spare Agent Faces head?
We can always remove it. :-)

Okay, as I mentioned before in another thread...we need a white sheet/blanket for the Arctic backdrop. Does anything have one that they could bring for the meet?

Also, Hoth playsets like their gun turrets would work well as part of the Cobra arctic base.

Any playsets I have at the store - you're welcome to use (same with vehicles).

I think I have a few Hoth turrents.

As for a blanket - I honestly don't have a white one......

Anyone else?

Someone HAS to have one!

I have a bunch of white styrofoam packing peanuts in a bag. Do we need that as snow?

Why are we getting so much snow terrain? I'm looking out a window now and there's not a flake of it left.

We need to live up to the stero type that some people south of the boarder think Canada is snow year around.  :shifty:
