I picked up a copy from Walmart in Welland today - I was going to wait on getting it but there were only 2 copies left!

Here's a question - did you notice if there are the "quick-cuts" in this version? The original VHS version flowed together smoothly, but on the Rhino DVD version from a few years ago there are jagged cuts between some scenes. Hoping this problem was fixed with this version.

I went to Best Buy in Anjou, Montreal Qc, and there is no Gi joe the Movie Dvd or blueray and it doesn't show in their system either. Can anyone from Quebec please confirm in which store(s) and location(s) they found them?

just a heads up.. the blu ray (+ dvd combo) is only $13.99 at Costco! picked one up today.

I haven't seen it anywhere yet (not that I hunted very much for it). Hopefully, this isn't another example of something that we can't get in Quebec. Worse comes to worst, there's always Amazon.ca.

You mean the blu ray wrapped with the dvd???

My Tube TV will not die so I'm still on 480i    That is why i only use the Wii what is the point of getting a PS3 when you can only set it to 480i? So No Blu-Ray for me!

If not, I am sure you'll be able to get one at a local WM or Costco.
