I want to buy them... but I do not want my wife to kill me. She almost found out how much I spent on GI Joes this year... :o I really need to be more careful!

You could before too. (http://http://www.toymania.com/334archives/ateam/ba.htm)
Besides, that one's not even Mr. T, so what's the point?
-
True, it's not Mr.T but it is B.A. Baracus. Sure we all call B.A. "Mr.T." but we don't call Templton "Faceman" by his real name Peck Dirk Benedict.
I know the role of B.A. was written specifically for Mr. T. I'm just hoping the new B.A. will be at least half as cool as Mr.T.
My feelings on the movie is it will be on par with last years G.I. Joe movie. Good to watch once but replay value is limited.

Will they pop up in Canada or are we stuck with buying them south of the border?
-
I hope we get them here, When I first saw them a couple days ago I looked for them on BBTS only to find the van has already sold thru their pre-order.
The movie should be big enough to warrant wal*mart and TRU getting them.

Ontario's own GoldenAgeToys has them up for pre-order and at a reasonable price. The van is cheaper than SmallJoes
I'm all over the Van too. Not a big fan of Rampage Jackson as BA he's an ass. I do hope Mr. T gets a cameo in the movie though.

I want that van too!

The figures are meh - the van is awesome.
I wish they could release figures based on the old TV series.
Makes me want to go to ebay buy the 80's figures for in this new van.

They were o-ring figures??
-
yup

I'd like to see new figures done for the 80's crew, sorry but if I get the movies ones I'll always think they feel off.
That said, from the pics I've seen of the movie figures so far, I'm not impressed by them. and I fear if they were to do the 80's crew they could suffer a similar fate. However theylook like they are on the 25th style ball joint for the heads, and I can always find better bodies for the those.

What would you guys say if I could get the van for even cheaper then Golden age toys? but I would have to sell like 30 vans to get the best price of like 25.99
-
Got the van from a friend who went south of the border and I'm wondering why can't we have those toys up here? Anyone knows?

how much was it? and what store?
-
The van cost $25. I think he bought it at Target.
I heard a lot of complaints about that van, but I find it very cool. The side door is a bit loose, but I don't plan of pushing my van down the stairs so it's okay.

I've got the van and B.A. Baracus on the way, should be here Tuesday. Expect a review!

So I just got the Van after returning from Vegas. Managed to snag it for $12.48.
Glad I got it cheap. I now understand what others have been saying. The soft plastic is too easily warped and the side door is HORRIBLE!!! It barely stays on properly, and if I move it even a bit, it pops out of alignment again.
Overall I love the Van, but it definitely is disappointing.
