Since some of us will drive during night, and will be in line until the morning... not sure how I will be after the con... also, drinking and driving is never a good idea. Can it be at lunch time instead? A special lunch time for board members in a different section... or just a table at the hotel.

Night, or nothing. I'll inquire tomorrow - there will be a cost, obviously. No hotel feeds people for free. ;-)

Also, Martin - get a hotel room. It's only $100.00, and you can split it with 2 others - 2 beds, 1 floor. Simple.

Well, I called... Not cost effective guys. We would need to rent out another room/hall first, then there's an additional charge per plate of food.

Maybe next year.

I see there's a tim horton's nearby.  This Floridian wants to try those out!  Not that I'm suggesting everybody meet there, just that I, well, want to try that place out!

The Keg may of been left out because it's in a competing hotel. That would be my thought.

Which ever restaurant that will reserve a section for 10 to 20 guys is fine with me.

But it may have an exclusive agreement with a specific hotel. That's what I mean.

Either way, just because something isn't on the map, doesn't mean it's not there and that you can't go to it. Surely there's a reason it was left off.

Someone pointed out to me that the Strip Club which is about 5 minutes away was also left off.
