1) Is there any possibility of any of the four Joecanuck met figures be made as actual exclusives?
2) Can us Canadians have it's own OFFICIAL G.I.JOE Canadian collectors club endorsed by Hasbro Canada? The current official club does not reflect the needs of Canadian collectors.
I approached Hasbro afew years back regarding a Canadian Collectors Club and they replied that they would only license one club and the existing club encompasses all of North America and abroad. So I contacted the Collectors Club and had numerous conversations with Brian Savage regarding more Canadian representation i.e. Canadian Branch with access to club products/benefits and he offered this: To have a Canadian Branch you would have to be employed by Fun Publications and at this point there are too many insurance and liability issues as well as monitoring proper promotion and conduct is near impossible. Only optuion a local division of the club, but too many Joe fans live in different areas and the Collectors Club would not recognize online meets for their monthly get together. Hence Joecanuck is the best option.
And with Mike making headway with Hasbro Canada, the Joecanuck meets getting bigger(Convention size) perhapse people are taking notice and things will change for us Canuckers.
