The vintage line stopped at 1994 for me.  From that time period, the Gold head Steel Brigade figure was the most expensive 3 3/4 domestic figure (for me) to buy on the secondary market.

Heavy Metal and Hard Top's accessories are not even the most expensive ones to get.  The Roadblock launcher in 1993 (the one that was re-called) costs more to get.

Pimp Daddy Destro will always be a debate whether it should be part of the line.  I think it should be.  But others don't, mostly because they don't own one.  :shifty:

I was curious and did a search and found someone asking $600 for Hardtop. Not sure if they would get it http://cgi.ebay.ca/AFA-U85-G-Joe-Hasbro ... 563bdac915

Most expensive would be the Gold Head Steel Brigade, then not far behind would be Starduster, Heavy Metal with mic, Ninja Viper and Create a Cobra.

Guy has been trying to sell that one forever. It's priced so high due to the ripoff "AFA Grading" which is a joke.

I am happy to have bought GH Steel Brigade and Ninja Viper from Hasbro back in 1993 but honestly I would rather have older more common figures like swivel arm versions of series 1 figures and some guys like Heavy Metal et al. Not that I am unloading my valuable figures, I just don't see that they should be worth so much, both are rather ugly.

Yep, same opinion here buddy. That Gold Head SB figure is one of the ugliest figure in the vintage line IMO. Now I'm searching for a MISbaggie Lift Ticket w. his mic......tough task!!  :(

I never understood wanting in a baggie.  I like to be able to touch the toy.  I guess I understand carded igures because the art may be nostalgic, but I never got the 'MISbaggie".  Don't see the appeal justifying the cost.

...but I agree that GHSB is UGLY!!!!

Just to be sure that the mic is the real one.. I have several Lift Ticket figures already so I don't need to touch them all
