So I went to check out some Joes for sale on Craigslist. Kinda blurry phone pics and what not but they showed promise.
So, lets see what we have here....
Why it's a set of damn near mint '82-'83 carded Joes only missing Snake Eye's explosives pack and and near complete Accessory Pack #1. Somebody doesn't like Cobra it seems. What other surprises to we have?
Why it's most of the carded Joes from 83-85 minus Airborne, Ripcord and all the Cobras again...Wait! There's a pretty fine complete Storm Shadow with only a busted bow and one yellowed inner thigh. There's a Thunder in there too, I DO need that monocular. Spirit has a busted crotch, Snow Job's gun is missing and Mutt's mask is too. This lot is pretty crap!
Oh, he has some vehicles, lets have a looksee...
This Vamp has no marks on it and expertly placed stickers....BUT no steering wheel. NEXT!
This RAM also has expertly place stickers and the sidecar ACTUALLY STAYS ON! BUUUUUT the seat has some scuffs. CRAP! NEXT!
This Polar Battle Bear has no yellowing but is missing the gun control arms. I'll NEVER find that part to fix it! NEXT!
This SHARC has a black thumbprint on it that's easily wiped off and no Deep Six. Who cares if it's otherwise perfect. GARBAGE! NEXT!
If I smashed the VAMP in frustration over the steering wheel why would I want this Whirlwind? How would I tow it? The Battle Bear? It can't go in the snow, it's GREEN! NEXT!
Hmmm. This Sky Hawk is OK I guess.... NEXT!
A second Sky Hawk? Now how can I choose between them? Pick neither I suppose.... NEXT!
OK. This Slugger is pretty cherry. Like it's right out of the box! Wait....
