Parking at Sheraton
« on: June 14, 2011, 09:24:42 AM »

The website says that the Sheraton on site parking is $7.50/car, with more information coming later.

Is there any new information available for parking.  Do we have to go in and register at the concierge desk for the $7.50/car?

last year they came around with a clip board which we wrote down our license plates while in line, is there a better way we can do this?  Can we presend our license plate numbers to Sheraton or Organizers?

I don't mind spending $7.50, if I can get in and out quick.  I have a wedding to go to that afternoon, so I am on a really tight schedule.

Why would someone plan a wedding on Joe Con weekend?  They must be nuts.

My original plan was to hang out all day.  Catch all the panels and fun, so I could write a better article for Comic Book Daily.  Now I want to be there for 9, get in as quick as I can.  See as much as I can, then slip out at Noon so we can be back up in Barrie by 3 for a wedding.

I am debating wearing my suit all day for the Con.

It is now confirmed, parking is 100% free BOTH days at the convention.

Please see the CJC Q&A thread for more info.
