Parking shouldn't be an issue...usually free parking all around.

If you tell me you're going to be there around that time, then perhaps I can try. Like I said, I am already planning to come around 5-6pm. But to bump into Scramble and others would definetely make my day  :)

Should get there between 4 and 5.

Some people will apparently bring cake.
