I just noticed the name they gave Crystal Ball.
Richard "Crystal Ball" King, clearly a reference to Richard Bachman/Stephen King. Just the name alone give me nostalgia for the retro file cards.

Amazon is screwing with my pre-order again. this time it is for the retro cobra viper. It starts with me pre-ordering an item, then 3 months later, I get a "your item is delayed" email, then about 2 weeks after it is sold out everywhere, Amazon will say "sorry we are canceling your order"

I loved the BACC in the 3.75" line and yes I wish he had an unmasked option. MonkeyWrench looks great, could have had more things that explode as accessories. And I missed out on Major Bludd, and refuse to pay secondary market price for him, so he is a welcome addition!
However I think my interest is starting to dry up. The number of exclusives, and the fact that if you don't pre-order you will miss out, and even if you do pre-order that isn't 100%.

I agree with everything you said about Zandar and SAW Viper, really enjoying those figures, Leatherneck didn't really stand out in anyway for me. Possibly becuase I never had him in the 3.75 when I was a kid. Nothing wrong with the figure at all, he just didn't POP for me. I am still waiting on Dialtone, I had my order with Amazon cancelled, and I am still waiting on Walmart to give me a shipping date.

SNAKE armor for the win. Televiper is also excellent.
Breaker is good, the divers are great.
Cover Girl - OK, Flint - OK I agree not much of a retro look.
Darkon and Slice & Dice are also OK.
The AWE Striker is flawed, it is the front tires, makes it look too much like a Toy and not a real world vehicle. It also appears to be a little to short length wise.
