Could Cobra Commander Mail away go to Canadian retail?

It would appear with this post at cybertron.ca that the 2010 Transformer Mail-away that was resticted to US address only, will actually be sold in Canada as a TRU exclusive.

Could this mean that the Pursuit of Cobra special Cobra Commander figure may also become a Canadian TRU exclusive? Might be worth wasting a question on the next round to inquire about.

According to the new ToyFare issue #152  the mail away Cobra Commander will be release at retail in a limited capacity and on a variant card.(TRU exclusive perhaps)  It did not state if the figure will be released at retail in Canada.  However, the mail away figure should be available to Canada.
Pursuit of Cobra line is slated for an August release.
