Quick and rough Red Shadow Armadillo custom
« on: April 02, 2011, 12:23:01 AM »

Last week I found a Steeler/Serpentor 25th pack at a local London Drugs for $11.00. I joked with a buddy, that I should get it and turn the Armadillo into a Cobra vehicle. So I thought what the hell.

Once I opened it up and started dissembling it, I just didn't feel into it, so instead I grabbed the left over spray cans from my Hyena Custom, and gave it a rough basic shadow red/black coat. Coupled with a quick gundam marker hit on some spare parts for a driver and the result stands at:

So next time I have a bit of time to clean it up, i'll try to clean up some of the paint, touch up the areas where the old color comes thru, and hit it with some Shadow markings.

Until then, it will have to survive against GICobra's Nok Squad.

I tried red paint in the past and from my experience, I can tell you are a freaking genius to get a smooth result like this one! +1
