Greetings from the frozen south
« on: December 15, 2010, 12:07:53 AM »

Talon reports as orders. Talon on many of the Joe sites, TSgt Talon on GIJoeCC and the Tank. Signed up to check on the developments north of my location, to show solidarity with the Canadian fans, and get more info on the exclusives you guys have done. To "The" Mike, great site you have here. Look forward to some contributions and fun in the snow, eh

grunt: not a member of YoJoe, sorry. Must be thinking of another Talon
pdaat: I hail from Pittsburgh, PA. Big Hockey Fan. Haven't been to Canada in at least 10 years and not likely to get to CanuckCon anytime soon.
Thanks for the greetings all.

Greetings Canuckleheads. Just updating my status. Left PA and am now in Kansas. Most of the collection is still in PA, hoping to get back into collecting and customizing soon.
Question for the more active participants here. I know the Canada Con got cancelled a few years ago, but I know Mike had fleshed out the rest of the Joe Canucks. I have the list of names, but can't find what all the members look like. Is there anyone who has any pix of the team? Customs? Really want to finish the shopping list for customizing.

other than the con exclusives which there should be photos of on here, your best bet is trying to get hold of the con comics for the Canuckleheads comic strips, most of that group wore fairly generic white outfits with a few modifications. Other alternative is there should be a thread around here with a link to the PDFs of the newsletters, which had said strips in them.

Regrettably Sundance, I've had more success Googling them than finding them here. Does anyone have any pix of the figures, with their names? Anyone? Mike, are you out there?
