Might not be your cup of tea, but I put a modified vintage head post on a Dragon body to create a super articulated GI Joe with a classic face.
The perfect Adventure Team spy, the perfect acrobat.... a ninja with an icy blue gaze.

I always suspected Shatner had extensive ninjitsu training, I mean just watch his expert hand chops, legs drops and open hand slapping on the Star Trek :P
Anyways I like what you've done here even though 12" figures aren't my style. I'd be interested in saying anything else you have for curiosity sake.

I don't see it. That's the classic fuzzy head he put on a new body. He didn't mod the face at all, just the way it connects to the different body.
