Brossard Toys R Us got the 25th Joe vehicles: Armadillo pack and the black HISS.  No VAMP.  I'm not sure if the pacakge is the multilingual one, but knowing how anal TRU is, I'm guessing it is.  $21.99 each.

I stopped at Wal-Mart today during lunch and saw the remnants of wave 9. Just a Hawk on the pegs on CDN card. So, it appears the they are starting to finally trickle into Montreal. Happy hunting gang.

Latinjoe22 was right!  I went to the Brossard TRU today and was shocked.  They restocked single-carded figures, and there are new ones: Torpedo, General Hawk, Barbecue, Snow Serpent (that's his name, right?  The arctic Cobra dude), a BAT, Bazooka, as well as Wild Bill, a Viper, 2 Urban Roadblock, and a Chest-Daggers Snake-Eyes.

They also had 2 comic packs!  #24 and #21.  I grabbed the #21 as I missed it when I first saw it at Zellers about half a year ago.

In terms of vehicle packs, they still just have the Armadillo vs Serpentor and HISS packs.
