Yep you read that right.
4 SEALED packs of birthday hats featuring Shockwave (and I think Repeater, though I can't open the package to confirm). I'd assume these are from 1988.
Each pack has 6 hats.
All 24 hats for $18 (should be easy to ship). I'd prefer not to break them up, but I could sell one set separately.
