My Man Cave Part II
« on: November 21, 2010, 10:17:12 AM »

My Man Cave project is moving forward. I've had some time to start setting up my Joe collection in the basement. I still have quite a bit to set up, but here are some pics of what is done so far. I will be using three of the four walls in the room to set up my Joes and TFs. Joes will occupy the longest wall and 2/3 of another. TFs will take up rest.

The first three pics are an overview on the main Joe wall.

And some details of the shelves:

Some ramdom collectibles: Comics, a 25the SE signed by Larry Hama, some product catalogs, etc

25th 1982:

25th 1983-1984:

25th 1985:

25th 1986:

25th 1987+:

More in the next posts.

Some planes:

25th Tiger Force:

25th Night Force with vintage Slaughters Marauders vehicles:

25th International figures with 25th Oktober Guard:

25th Cobra 1982 - I still have about three dozen Blueshirts to set up on this shelf...

25th Cobra Command circa 1984-85 - I will probably set up my 40 or so Vipers on this shelf and move Serpentor as well.

25th Crimson Guards - I have the 2009 Convention Crimson Vipers to set up on this shelf as well as the twins and the Baroness.

25th Cobra Navy - Missing about a dozen Eels to set up.

25th Cobra Air Force:

25th Python Patrol:

25the Iron Grenadiers:

My custom version of the 2007 GIJCC Convention set:

A very early look at my 2 PoC shelves. These still need some work. I haven't set up waves 1 and 2. I still need to figure out where my PoC Cobras will go.

That's it for now. There are a lot of empty and half-empty shelves that need to be filled. I'm planning one for my Cobra Arctic figures, one for my Adventure Team, one for some Robot Rebellion customs and a few more. As I set up more stuff, I'll update this thread as I go.

Thanks or looking,

OB

Looks really good and well thought out.   ( on a side note, it also reminds me that I must dust my entire toy room... sooner rather than later.)

Yep D6 has been made for the first time in '84.. but I'm not surprised.. it's CookieBoy's joe room after all!  ::)
I'm j/k.. there's a lot of great customs in there.. I love that Star Viper and that Aero-Viper too.. very nice work!
