It's a lot more useful to the world as a new Canadian province than it ever will be as one of the US states.   :shifty:

C-SIS is Canada's secret service, in charge of Canadian Intelligence and Security. If you want to be welcome on any site in Canada, you must first memorize the content of their website, and find the secret State-to-Province application form. Once filled out, a portion of the taxes collected will be redirected to Canada, with the rest going to Washington DC so that the United States Government doesn't grow suspicious.

Let North Dakota follow in the footsteps of Vermont, Massachusetts, Kentucky, and Delaware as the next Canadian-loyal State!

I'm lost. What's this all about? Are we trading the Qu?b?cois for some of the states?

Just kidding. No politics here. But I honestly don't get North Dakota ,Vermont, Massachusetts, Kentucky, and Delaware part about being close to Canadian.

Yeah its all in fun.

North Dakota is more like it's own odd little country. Weird little country at that.
