Welcome to the new JoeCanuck.com site. It's still a work in progress, but we hope you'll like the new front end layout and content!

- JoeCanuck Wiki : Here we plan on putting information pertaining to "Canadian" Joe items : ie: exclusives, mail-aways, variants, etc. Items from Canada - to make it easier.

- Newsletter Archive : You can now scroll through the last 2 years of issues easily and see what's in each one without having to click that issue. Of course, should you want to read any articles, you'll have to click on the image to open that month's newsletter.

- Trading Cards : The trading cards now have their own section on the site with a "virtual" checklist of sorts. A real checklist IS coming, but for now, the virtual one should suffice.

- Forums : The message board is back up and running, so at least you have that to use while I work on the rest of the items. ;-)


I'm sure you'll notice a few items don't seem "right" here and there. For example, my username switched to "THE Mike?" instead of "THE Mike™"....fixing that will be first on my list.  :shifty:

Should you find anything strange, please let me know as soon as possible.

I also need to give Beav from JoeCustoms.com a personal thank you for helping out with some issues and the merging of this board with our front end of the site. Now posts from the forum (like this one) can be posted on the main page easily with a click of a button by one of our Moderators. It's a feature I've wanted for JoeCanuck.com for a LONG time now. :-)

It does? There shouldn't be a splash page anymore?

Maybe clear your cache?... The Miva link (and miva itself) is now gone, as is the splash page logo. You should just be seeing the new front page when you goto www.joecanuck.com

It did. Gone now. Could have been old cache or late DNS replication. Move along!

My biggest recommendation would be a fairly obvious link to the main page from the forums.

The only problem I see is it looks like the built-in avatars are trying to point to an "off" location as before the move there was this vestigial phpbb2 directory within the smf board.  I moved the various smf files and folders that had somehow ended up in that back where they needed to be but forgot to double-check the settings. 

I was going to go fix that, but it looks like I've already been de-admined. I guess you'll have to search those out yourself. ;-)
