Cool site indeed! Thanks for sharing.

I saw some brand like:

Ulysse 31

Il était une fois l'espace

And more that I didn't know they had toys for that line! Moreover, most of the toys and made in the 3.75 tall format.

I thought the first two were Starsky and Hutch!  Where is this page from?  If these guys never saw production, why are they in a catalog?

There's a few missing toy lines.. but the site is a great source of infos!
Btw the V figures and vehicules shown were actually supposed to be in the V line itself, but I know that the car is a repaint from another line but I can't remember wich one?
You can also see them here:

Do you remember those lone ranger, custard, etc. 3 3/4 inch figures?  Had the horses and all.  I couldn't remember the name of the line, anybody know?  My dad was a big westerns fan and he had bought me some of those when I was a kid.

Quality is very good on that toy..the og. voice car is probably the best K2000 toy available on the secondary market! But if you're looking for more realism; there's a lot of other options like the Ertl, Joyride or Aoshima versions (diecasts) as shown below:

I always laughed when KITT would go into Super Pursuit Mode.  I mean I loved how fast he went but to suggest that making KITT look that will increase speed by double was too far fetched for me as a kid. I think I remember one episode they should KITT speed at over 350 mph that is over 524 km/h!

Can anyone offer their expert knowledge as to why the V toyline was never produced for mass market?

..as said on PlaidStallions:

"V" was an early 80s TV sensation, the brain child of Kenneth Johnson (responsible for the Six Million Dollar Man and the Incredible Hulk series) , V was a parable about facism wrapped in the amazing trappings of science fiction. The original mini series were a ratings smash, so by the time a weekly series rolled around (Johnson bailed by this point) it made sense that toy makers were clamouring to get themselves some lizards. Sadly, the series was less than spectacular and LJN didn't roll out their entire V line for 1985 (save for the 12" doll). Below is a sad glimpse of what might have been."
