True Heroes are just the old Chap Mei stuff relabelled. They have a couple of good vehicles sets, but their figures are nice-looking junk ( only 5 POAs!) and their weapons are too large for 1/18th scale ( they are actually about 1/12th scale, or Marvel Legends-sized).
There's a dandy patrol boat, a Chinook copter and a V-22 Osprey-tilt-wing craft ( that can fit the GIJOE Vamp in its cargo hold!) that are worth getting.

Well, they are cool if you want to customize them!

I think it is $30 or $35.

EDIT: This is the price for the Tru Heros Black Hawk.  I have not seen the Power Elite in retail.
