Looking for some Parts info (for a custom)
« on: January 04, 2007, 10:39:19 PM »

I've been looking around at various figures, and I'm starting to go nuts.

I'm looking for a jacket :

It doesn't have to be a fabric one, but one in that style hopefully.
Also, I'm aiming for it to be in a 6-7 inch format.

While I'm at it - I also need a body with blue jeans on it. Hopefully the shirt is of a dress shirt type, or a button shirt wthat's open a little at the top.

If anyone can offer me any suggestion, please LMK. I've been wanting to make this specific custom for awhile now.
Thanks
Mike

Doesn't the WCW Scott Steiner figure come with a leatherish jacket? I know it's black but maybe rit dye?

It doesn't have to be a fabric jackt - and black won't die brown... you can only dye darker - not lighter.

I was thinking the Logan figure from Marvel Legends, but if I remember right - it kinda sucks.

What if you used blech? Not sure if it would work on simulated leather or not.

If I can find a Logan from Marvel Legends, that may work for now.

The Jacket would be an added bonus for what I want to do.

I now need to find a Norman Osborne figure from the first Spider-man movei toys - the one that came with the chair.

His shirt would work perfect.

Hey Bek,
Do you have any pics of the one you have?

I'm not sure if you have the Movie one or the ML one?
Thanks
