TRU Canada was saying that they were going to be their exclusive product.  Could be a pantload, but it would seem to fall into a historical pattern.

Nothing in 25th at TRU Yonge / Eglinton Centre.  No pegs, no spot made for them...zippo.  Asking the stockbot in the area, she said there is currently nothing in their aisle plan that is allowing for new product.

Hasbro Canada:  Bringing you the best products in the world... minus the actual product.

They HAD them last week (TRU Yonge/Eg), so I don't know what happened there.

I'm not going to be visiting that TRU as much anymore as I no longer work in that building, but I wouldn't give up hope just yet.

If you have US connections, HasbroToyShop.com is having a sale. (code 25FALL) and you can get 25% off and free shipping. Get 'em sent to a relative and then shipped up here. You'll actually save money.

Are you guys talking about the 5 packs or the singles? Are the singles even available up here?

5 packs. As far as I know, the singles haven't been found yet in Canada (with the exception of specialty comic shops, etc)

For those of you interested in shopping from Toys R Us, the five packs have finally been listed online. Though it says they are "temporarily unavailable" it may be worth checking back. As far as  I know the Toys R Us near my place never even received the 5 packs (unless they were sniped by employees out of the case) so it has been a pain trying to find them.
