7. What happened to Direct To Consumer Exclusive 3-3/4" Lt. Falcon, Munitia, Python Patrol Copperhead, Outback and Night Viper? I assume it's canned because no one wants the old articulation and they already made a 25th python Copperhead and Falcon. Sorry if this has already been answered somewhere. They are still listed as available for pre-order at bigbadtoystore.com, but they've pushed back the date.

I love AT! That being said the re-issues were in the bargain bins a few years ago. The only time AT 'does well' is when it is out of print it seems.

I hope they don't make as fuchsia version this time. echhh. Hopefully these will be available cheap right after the con in loose baggies on ebay, hype for the movie will probably help them sell out quickly though..

I wonder when/if they do ship to Canada will it be by UPS or FedEx. If it ends up being that route the brokerage fees will kill it all anyway.
Yeah it's USPS or nothing. I just got a MASK vehicle from a guy and I asked him not to use UPS but he misunderstood. The item was $20 and I paid him $15 for shipping, he put $35 on the form and they charged me.. That's right, $37.. More than the item is worth. USPS would have cost me absolutely nothing. :cobra:

Call them on that. I've had the same thing and demanded a refund in the past. I did get it.

Haha, I tried contacting them several times by email but no response. They no longer answer the phone, and just have a lengthy and frustratingly long pre-recorded message. When you say agent or press zero, they explain that they can't take the call in another really long message which eventually hangs up on you. They called me when the package first came into Canada and said on the phone that it would be $20 for the fee but then the slip said $36. I guess they can call you but you can't call them. I will get my revenge someday though, I was thinking about making a UPS haters website or something.

1. The stickers from the new vehicles don't stick very well on the plastic used on the re-issue missiles. They always come off after a few days. Can they fix this?
2. Why do Resolute figures have bigger heads than normal 25th figures and why are movie line figures shorter than normal 25th figures?
3. Is Hasbro going to come out with any more 12" waves now that Sideshow is doing it?
4. Now that Resolute has aired and is a huge success, when is the next installment coming out?
5. Were the black head comic pack Destros a deliberate 'chase' figure or an error?
6. Ask them if they can please start putting the stand hole back in the heel of the figures not the toe, because that is way more stable..

General Joe Talk / Re: SDCC JOE exclusives
« on: April 29, 2009, 03:45:26 AM »
Thanks, I was dying to know what these were gonna be since they have already announced most of the other lines SDCC exclusives for this year. I don't see anybody with those pre-orders on ebay yet, I guess everyone is following the 'only within 30 days of shipment' rule. Yay! I'm glad if there are just these two and not a gold-tooth gangsta rappin version of Baroness which will be harder to get and go for more money than 'poetry writing artistic Baroness'. Is the 12" one from Sideshow though? It doesn't look like their handiwork...

Resolute comic 2-packs and the 5-pack box set were solicited in the Feb Previews Diamond comic order magazine. You can get one for $3 at any comic shop. The wave should be coming in tomorrow (they get all orders in on Wednesdays) according to the rag, which would dovetail perfectly with the airing of the show on TV. Only comic stores order from this distributor, and as far as I know, only Heroes in London out of the 7 comic book stores orders Joe stuff. They will have ordered these. The vehicle wave which was solicited on the same page which had Water Moccasin, AWE Striker and Sky Hawk already arrived last Wednesday. The 10 Hall of Fame figures should be in too. Toys R Us has a whole whack of comic two packs right now, I was just there on Sunday, April 27th.

In this case it seems Canadian retailers up here just passed on them.
What does it take to be considered a retailer? If the big retailers always pass on them, they should make them available to direct comic shops and online toy sellers like DTC. I just got the ultimate pack for $40 plus $25 shipping on ebay. Still well under original SRP. They went on sale at Target so now's the time to get one. :cobra:
