Anyone know if they fixed the articulation in Scarlett for the MOC one?

The same with the Comic Pack version of her - I would think that slightly more rigid plastic would solve some of the problems with her hands.  But sadly the figure has the same gimpy-not-able-to-hold-on-to-anything hands.
