Cobra Legions Trooper Variation

I saw on YOJOE.COM that this figure came with and without a back pack hole.  Does anyone have a figure with no back pack hole.  Just to get a feel for how common or uncommon it is.  Mine has the back pack hole and most sellers I ask on ebay say their figures have the hole too.

I have two with no hole. Got them in a lot from an army builder. A few of the carded version Cobra The Enemy I got also had no hole.
