General Joe Talk / Re: GIJOE Movie Characters IN COSTUME - PICS!
« on: May 13, 2008, 10:07:16 AM »
by far the snake eyes looks like the worst he looks like the top half of his body is rubber like the 1990 batman outfits. It makes him look like hs has half a uniform on. And the mouth on the mask lame. Hawk, stormshadow, cover girl and baroness look good the rest look like the power rangers. I wish I never saw the pictures beacuse if I don't see better ones of snake eyes then I doubt I would watch this movie in theaters looks like crap so far. These will be easy customs to make just chop heads off x-men movie figures. Wow what a let down at least the transformer movie was cool even with mostly goofy looking deceptacons.Well maybe they will learn from the Eng Lee hulk disaster and flop with this one wait a few more years and hire a better cast. Better yet stop production and hire Larry Hama to write it keep Ray Park and the guy who plays hawk fire the rest.

I also will buy other items at the same time since I if I drive for a little more then an hour to get there I want to get my money's worth. Or when ordering online then the shipping per figure gets a lot cheaper. I also don't care about the package so the shipping is even cheaper. I bought some here in Canada but when I went back to walmart they where sold out and I have not seen any at walmarts around here in months. I would prefer to just buy them at stores here but I'm sick of waiting so I'm gonna buy what I want online for wave 7.

High bidder takes the lot these are my doubles and extras. The link is http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 15938&ssPa geName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=010

I figured it was time to let people know who I am I think I've been a member for a little more then a year.  I've been buying G I joe stuff since I was 4 years old.  I teach martial arts/ combat arts and have for over 10 years.  I'm a master of a military unarmed combat system called the blackarts no it's not a cult lol.  I also hold a 4 th degree black belt in a Canadian form of Hapkido, a 3rd degree blackbelt in Korean hapkido from the Kido in Korea.  Plus I have a blackbelt in TKD and I teach police and the military unarmed combat.  That is why I chose the user name master stanley plus I couldn't think of anything else.  My real name is Steven and for my day job I help build small air planes and jets real ones that people fly not toys.  I'm not sure if anyone cares if I post what the website for the martial arts I practice and teach is?  But if you wanna see some cool pics of me and various instructors msg and I'll send you the web address. I'll be at the Joe meet and will see you all later

Ontario / most figures turning up in London Ontario
« on: March 28, 2008, 09:02:21 AM »
Hey guys the walmart here has a fare amount of the 25th figures mind you they are canadian packages and on the back of some they don't show all the figures released so far.  I saw crimson guards, battle armor cobra commander, rock and roll, torpedo, snake eyes and a few other I think the price was $8.49 they also had the first wave of comic 3 packs.  Also Hero's cards and comics a great shop in London had a good selection plus had the 3 box sets.  He's asking $9.99 for the single carded and $34.99 for the 5 packs I think the cobra legions 5 pack was $39.99
