That is cool!  I'm going to give you an old painter's tip here...consider using a medium gray-tinted primer underneath areas where you are going to paint bright colors.  Not only will the gray primer help the coverage of the bright paint, it'll also make the bright colors pop more.

The painting is a little rough, and I am not sure that I get the mask, but that is a custom idea that I have heard many people talk about, but no one actually do.

The football shooting out of the cannon is perfect. Made me laugh out loud.

Thats good for a first custom.  My advice is to keep at it, just like anything, the more experiance you have the more you get better.  You dont realize when doing it at first but you learn simple lessons of what to do and what not to do the more you create.  Keep posting your customs!  I always enjoy seeing peoples skills progress

I like this. It's like Night Force meets Rainbow Six. They actually look like they could also be Navy Seals. My favorite has to be the third one to the right. Is it supposed to be Chuckles again, or did you give him/them name(s)?

They look good, I love small teams.

You might want to tighten up the paint on the chest - a light paint like that usually takes a few coats to get looking exactly right.

How about, left to right, Badger, Zombie and Eclipse.
Take some, none or all - just throwing them out there.
They look great.
