Shockblast and Destro

Storm Shadow and Tunnel Rat

The only thing that bugs me is that large Cobra insigna on Destro.  Destro should never have a Cobra insigna anywhere on his uniform.   The rest of the figures look like a win to me.

hmmmm... I don't think I really want to get any of those packs for the figures. I prefer my joes 80's style. However that Tunnel Rat looks good and I do want Storm Shadow's gear. Does his helmet come off or is it part of the head mold?

They're crampons, like mountain climbers wear. Cause Destro crashes into mountains a lot, I guess.

At first glance I don't like Destro.  Storm Shadow does not really impress either me but Shockblast and Tunnel Rat look cool.

Destro's neck is too  long, and the photo makes tunnel rat look like he has no neck.

I feel the same way about the Arashikage symbol on Storm Shadow's gear. Ninjas are usually all about mystery, subtlety and camouflage, aren't they?

I agree that the Joes look good though.

I have to say, I'm not that impressed.  They look too...  "intense" for me.  Too, to the extreme.

And what the hell, may I ask, is a "Shockblast"?  I mean, I knew what a Shockwave was and I know what a Blastwave is...  but "Shockblast"?  Worst re-name ever *Comic book guy*

I like the look of Tunnel Rat and Shockblast. I'm not sure where I stand on Destro. Storm Shadow on the other hand, I burst out lauging once my girlfriend pointed out he looked a bit liek Shredder (just missing the wrist blades)

I agree with that Shockblast looks good, Destro just looks weird, I don't like Tunnel Rats head, and Storm Shadow looks more Samurai than Ninja.

If they were smart they would have put ShockWAVE in the pack with Tunnel Rat. Then I could keep my oath to never buy another Storm Shadow ever again. Or perhaps that was their point. Make Carl buy another SS.

Both the Joes look really good. Neither Cobra appeals to me in this case. I want Resolute Duke. He's the best of the Resolute bunch.
