my supplier has now released the information on wave 7.
here is the description:
This Wave 7 will include these characters: Wild Bill, HISS Driver, Cobra Viper, Spirit Iron Knife, Snake Eyes #4, and Duke with Jetpack. (Subject to change.)
Estimated to arrive in May 2008 (subject to change).

I will be taking pre orders on sets. A sets will include:
1x Wild Bill, 1x HISS Driver, 1x Cobra Viper, 1x Spirit Iron Knife, 1x Snake Eyes #4, and 1x Duke with Jetpack. (Subject to change.)
Estimated to arrive in May 2008 (subject to change).

Bludd isn't in that Wave Hal. Regardless what you've been told - he's in Wave 8.
