I tried to pick up a CG 5 pack, and the scanned price came up 39.99.  :- I happened to have my receipt for the other 5 pack that I got for 19.99, and convinced them to match it, but I was shocked by the new higher price.

Granted it's more in line with what I expected TRU to charge, but still, there was no way I was going to pay it.

I don't buy it.  It has to be a mistake by the store.  One TRU tried to charge me 30 bucks for the Sea Command set and I told them to check again.

I will probe around in my area and see what the prices are here.   But the TRU closest to me is sold out of the 5-packs for over a week.

TRU at Victoria Park and Lawrence had at least 6 of each (CG, FFvsGS) today at noon.

My local TRU still has a ton of these packs.  I mean a ton.  I think TRU went overboard on ordering these packs.

You mean like the ridiculously packed wave 1 vehicles?

The only good thing is that these are cheap ($4 a fig) when you break it down, and are army builders, so they should move a little faster.  I might pick up a couple more myself.

I've noticed a few sitting on shelves in Kitchener as well.  I think I might grab a few more Green shirts packs if no one else is going to buy them.  The Crimson Guard set seems to be moving a bit better however.

I was at the TRu in Brampton today - and they also had several of the figure pagcks - however no Crimson Guard only green shirts.
And I don't think they are going to sell the 10 of those they had any time soon.
