Hello everyone,
I recently purchase a Custom Silver Hydrofoil. Problem is I didn't get an accurate description of it. Bottom line I'm really disappointed.
Seller agreed to give me a 50% refund. So, I'm letting it go for what it cost me: $50. If I don't find a buyer, I will ship it back to the seller and get a full refund. It's just a matter of saving double shipping.

That really sucks. Not the kind of outcome I wish to anyone. Just curious here: how did the seller advertise this (description, photos)?

Martin, that is an awful job. Did you buy that off Ebay? If you don't mind me asking, who is the seller?
I would return it for the full paid price and take the loss of shipping.
Ask around if you are looking for a Chrome Hydrofoil. You should be able to find someone willing to help with a project like that.

It won't change the issue to know who the seller is. But, here are the facts:
- Seller is a well known sponsor on YoJoe.
- The picture on his store was very small and no description at all.
- So, I asked more questions by email about missing/broken parts, paint quality, etc.
- Everything was good except for: the 4 missing rear guns and the searchlight lens. These were the only flaws.
- It wasn't pay with Paypal, but with my CC... which gives me 120 to get a refund. My file is already open (just in case).
What I got is clearly not what was told me. So I give myself few more days to see if someone want it (with real description and close-up picture this time).
Beside the wrong information I got by email, seller offered me 50% off or full refund. So he is handling this professionally. So my last option will be the full refund because I'm loosing the shipping cost to ship to USA. But, in last resort, I will.
