Title: Wave 3 Comic Packs at TRU - GTA area

I saw the full set today (Ace/Wild Weasel, Tomax/Xamot, Crimson Guard/Cobra Officer, Battle Damage Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow) at the Whitby TRU.  12.99 each

Somebody at TRU needs to explain why a single pack costs 9.99 and a comic two pack costs 12.99.

I was thinking the same thing myself the other day. Why would you buy just one figure when for $3.00 more you get a second figure and a comic?

I agree.  The comic 2 pack is a much better deal than any of the single packs sold in this country.

I assume that the Canadian dollar discounting approval finally went through on that stock, and if we get additional waves, they might be a little cheaper. They buy this stuff way in advance of it going on the shelves, so maybe the Discounts from the dollar bing above par are finally making their way onto the shelves.
