Smalljoes.com has the packs on the site for sale, incase any Canadians are looking for them.  It's safe to say they will not make it into Canada.  

These packs so far have been a home run. But I am getting restless in waiting for the Oktober Guard figures.

Any news on the distribution of the rest of the packs (4 to 9)???

The first three were easy finds in the U.S. how about the next 3...er 4, 5 and 6...???

I am pretty sure I read somewhere that they are going to be released in pairs from this point out, not 3 at a time like the original set.

So right now we have 4 and 5

later there will be 6 and 7

and finally 8 and 9.

As the major retailers didn't seem to jump all over these, it may be that we don't see more past that - hell, it may be we won't see even up till 8 and 9

Depriest stated at the convention that the future of the packs will depend on whether if they sell or not.  If the retailers don't jump on them, that is not good news.

Only time will tell.
