Battle Hornet & Neutralizer @ WalMart

Suprise, Surprise.

Saw them today at the St. Catharines WalMart. Didn't see a price on the rack, and they didn't scan in at the "check price instantly" scanner doohickey. I would imagine they'd be $2 to $3 cheaper than TRU though.

are they really worth the money. Im sort of debating picking both of them up. I m taking a trip down to the states in september to do some shopping at TARGET's and Walmarts with my girlfriend. Should I save my money for the trip or get them now! :shifty:

I think they are crap, and I'm not buying them.

So as far as I am concerned, save your money for the cooler things, like that Crimson set and the Urban Strike set.

Yeah, I saw those in Cambridge today and there was no price when I scanned them aswell but I think I saw them listed at joesightings, Walmart Canada for $15.99. I could be wrong on that.
Are they worth it, hard to say. I like to support the line and bought one of each so that hopefully we will get more, but they are kind of lame toys. I would say there worth maybe $10.00, not $16 plus tax.

Very well, I actually went looking for them at the walmart just off of the 427 highway and the Queensway to get a peek for myself , they had tons of wave 4, picked up another snow wolf /bat pack....yes my army is complete, that makes 8 packs! WOO HOO!!!!!!!! And they were sold out.
So I figure Im not going to even bother.
thanks for the info.

Damn, you got that right!
I almost jumped off my chair, ready to get to my car and find me a Hawk and VM. Luckily I was too relaxed in my chair so I could read the next message.

Battle hornet and Neutralizer
« Reply #8 on: August 20, 2004, 08:00:48 AM »

Finally found them in toys r us in Mississauga, let me tell you what a pant load of a design.here are my reasons

Battle hornet, at first I was going to pick it up for the figure and paint it blue, but for 16 bucks I turned it down. the vehicle sucks! and that's about all im going to say.

Neutralizer, just an awkward looking tank with a ok fig, hardly worth the 16 dollers they wanted for it.

I aslo saw they still had like 5 road rebels with big ben selling for 15 bucks.......$15 what a rip off. there was so much dust on the packaging I could hardly make out what was in the package

Well Iguess the battleblitz has some new friends among the peg warmers
there gonna be there for a long time.

I picked up the Neutralizer a couple of days ago, and I really like it.  It had to grow on me, but I like it.  Plus its a damn nice figure.  If anyone buys it just for the figure, I'll take the tank off your hands.  :)
