I got an email news letter from Brianstoys, they are selling them.  Apparently this version of Darth Vader (different mold from retail) was sold exclusively at the Celebration III party.  The party was basically a promotional affair for the up coming movie and newly released toy lines.

The vader says a ton of things.
I have one here in the store should anyone want to see it.

The best is hearing Vader say "Welcome to Celebration 3. You will never meet a more wretched hive of scum and villany."
