Vehicle packaging
« on: July 30, 2008, 06:58:55 PM »

Just popped open my new Vamp and see they now have vehicle file cards. Is this something new or have they had this before? Anyways I like the idea. Also I love the little advertising poster/brochure, reminds me of when I first started playing with Joes looking over all the stuff I didn't have and which ones I really wanted. Very nostalgic.

New to me, too.  But then again, I haven't bought a GI Joe Vehicle in nearly 15 years.

It's a new thing. At first I thought "why is this file card cut backwards?" then I realized it was a vehicle file card.

Good idea Hasbro.

did they do them for the earlier vehicles?

I didn't get any of the Target vehicles...  but if they have the new cards with those ones too, that's pretty cool.

I'm pretty sure that was one of the things left out to cut costs on the set. (Just a helmet and gun included)+stands.  Some of the other sets that show pictures of weapons and equipment don't actually have the gear included.  Last minute decision by Hasbro.

Yeah Breaker doesn't come with the headgear.

Anyone find the little surprise with the RAM?

That's the one.  I was pleasantly surprised when I found it.
