New Skystriker will be called "SKYFIGHTER" in Canada

Due to trademark issues, the SkyStriker (as we know it) cannot be sold with that name in Canada. As such, our packaging will carry the name "SKYFIGHTER".  This name change may apply in other countries as well, however the USA release will still be called "Skystriker"

The toy itself will of course be identical, only the packaging/name will be different. Look for it on shelves this fall.

Always had plans to pick mine up in the states anyways. I'm sure Zellers will be selling it for $59.99 or something crazy like that anyways. With our money being worth more and my frequent trips to the stats, I'll get it there.

What currently has the rights to Skystriker?  At any rate, it doesn't really bother me.  It's not like we'll see it in Canada, anyway... :wink:
