If the head is Ashiko, I'd assume we could possibly see the Armour Cycle being used as the vehicle, since they'd have to buy a bunch of cycles to obtain enough Ashiko figures. However, with a name like Traction, perhaps we'll see the Armour Cycle used down the road and the HISS Scout used instead this year. HATE Tank Scout, maybe? ;D

Ashiko's head, if this is indeed, Ashiko's head, was originally from RoC Flash. http://www.yojoe.com/action/12/ashiko.shtml
As an aside, RoC Flash is a pretty cool figure. He's not Flash to me, but he's definitely in my Joe-verse as a Laser Trooper.....it was a good concept.

Well the upper legs are a Hiss drivers legs so maybe. Also, the armoured cycle and Hiss Scout were sold in the same case so it's possible it's the Ashiko head. It's the lower legs that surprise me the most. If I'm right then they are Wraith's legs. That would give some very cool parts to work with.

Since Cobra already has the HISS scout, I would much prefer a Cobra version of the Armored Cycle! That would be super cool!
However, traction does not have the holes on his armor to connect the parts, so that is unlikely.

Thanks for pointing out the head source, Emags. I didn't realize that Ashiko's head was reused from another figure. Now if I were better at identifying parts, I'd know based on the rest of the figure whether the head came from Ashiko or Flash.

Aside from the head I don't think anything is from Ashiko or Flash.
I've pieced it together but I'll let someone else try to break down the parts. ;)

I wanted to say the head was Flash's or Skydive's because Ashiko's has a darker skin tone in the eye holes, but the lower legs being Ashiko's/Wraith's makes an occam's razor straight to Ashiko being the source of the head.
Torso and arms seem to be from ROC Rampage (Mutt chest/Hawk arms). With the dye, it's a bit harder to pinpoint the exact source of the upper legs and vest.
I wonder if the Rampages were acquired via Chinese sellers, or if the RHINO is going to be part of the con set.

If the number of "x"s is intentional, and under the assumption that the head came from Ashiko, I am going to guess that the second word is C-Y-C-L-E with some snake-like name for the first word.

As far as I can see Jay nailed it. I didn't realize Wraith's lower legs were also Ashiko's legs. So got me on that one. ;)
I knew the arms were Hawks but again, didn't know they were also used on Rumbler. A Rumbler body makes more sense then Hawk and I knew something was off with the belt line showing. Hawk's torso has bumps on the bottom, Rumbler doesn't.

The set is priced higher this year.... ??? The Rhinos were at a reeally good price point with some 50% off and ridiculous coupons... Maybe it's two vehicles this year but only a couple figures...
