In the eventuality that the kitchen is locked, I'm assuming there's somewhere that we can get water from to rinse our brushes?

I'm all over the speed painting contest Scramble! ;D And since I'm driving, I can take all my paints & supplies with me in the van! Of course I'll definitely have to remember my sealant spray & some newspaper.

Canada doesn't really have a Canadian dish..... well... I guess poutine would be the closest..... Other than that, I'd say Moose-burgers. but you don't see that around here much. - That's more a WAY up north dish.

Hmm... I've had buffalo before, I'd be willing to try moose. If you get the chance, buffalo's damn good. Poutine qualifies, the Wiki has a whole article on it. Though cheesy gravy fries aren't quite as exotic as the usual fare I try to eat on trips. Then sgain, last time I tried local cuisine I found out I was allergic to it.  :(

Are there any Canadian restaurants around the meet? Actually, does Canada have any kind of national dishes? Other than timbits & that ham you guys try passing off as bacon of course...

Well, I'm all set for my trip. The Airport Inn & Marriot were fully booked (Didn't know you had that many people coming this year Mike) so I'm staying at the Super 8 about 3.5 mi away. Is there parking nearby to the meet, like a lot or something?

Hey Mike, you haven't started the sign-up for the custom contest yet, have you? I've been working on my entry all week... It's very Canadian-themed. ;)

Not sure where I'll be staying just yet. Somewhere nearby I hope. Hey Mike, what's the closest hotel to the meet? Walking distance preferably.

What Borgs do you army build Mike? I've got a couple at the toy store I can send your way.

I army build, though I don't have a specific number of what I have. I try to limit them to primarily classic sculpt figures, though I do have a good deal of new sculpt. I also amry build Raptor. At last count, I've got atleast 50 or better, three gallon ziploc bags full.

So when's everybody getting in for the Meet? I'll be leaving early friday morning (I've settled on driving up.) and should ideally get in around early afternoon. Anybody wanna meet up & hang out? VL, what time are you getting in?
