Got my confirmation that Big Ben and the Range Vipers I ordered are shipping so it is just the waiting game now.

Well some interesting tidbits from Youtube and Toy Fair about the upcoming Cobra Airship project.

Here is the official short from Super7 as a tease of what is inside:

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/cwQsxym4W9Q

On top of that I was watching Toy Anxiety's video tour of the Super7 booth and they were talking with Kyle.  Brian had done a tour with Pixel Dan and was his usual cagey self when he doesn't want to spill the beans early.  However Kyle was a bit more forthcoming, probably too much so.  At one point the audio clearly was cut to not reveal something he said.  However he did mention a couple of interesting new bits of info.

First there are lights on the bottom of the airship and they will light up (duh).

Second the Trouble Bubbles will be a tier for the project and not included in the base (ha) offering.

Also they did give us a better look at the "exhaust plumes" as stands for the airship.

Official reveal, according to Brian, will be at New York Comic Con.

Any one saw the MOTHERSHIP from super7. I am super excited to see it made and I am curious about what will be the inside (apparently, panels are removable just like the millenium falcon. Oh man, I am not too optimistic on the price... it will be pricey!

I saw a digital tease short on Youtube yesterday.  I think it was from Super7.   It did a quick video of the mothership and the panels coming off with a slight view of the interior.  Can't really make out too much, but it appears the main front section will have a back wall with a large Cobra logo, and both wings will have removable panels that reveal some kind of guns/cannons.  Also it comes with 2 Flight Pods.

I'm right there with you on price, it won't be pretty.  Also Brian Flynn did and interview at ToyFair with Pixel Dan and said that they would be revealing the interior (and I assume the price) at New York Comic Con.

Has anyone got a shipping update on the walmart.ca Big Ben or Rock Viper?  Mine is expected to be delivered on Oct. 3, so I am expecting an update in the next couple of days.

Nothing on my end yet.  However people in the US are starting to post that they are receiving their Big Ben and Range Viper POs so I am hopeful they will be showing up here soon.

I'm surprised the Dreadnoks sold out quick, but Shockwave didn't. 🤔

The Dreadnoks are infinitely more popular than Shockwave.  They are also one of the most desired subgroups, and are only now just getting to the original three.  Yes there has been Zartan and Zarana, but the original three were long requested by fans.  Plus they do look damn good.

Since HasbroPulse con was yesterday (https://hasbropulse.com/collections/hasbro-pulse-con-2023), I was curious to see how each brand performed:

Numbers below are sold out products (I know, we don't know what are the initial number of available product for each).

GI Joe: 3 (Buzzer, Ripper & Hawk)
SW: 1
Transformers: 3
Marvel: 0
Power Rangers: 1

So, GI Joe still has a good fan base.

The general consensus right now in the action figure community is that Classified is killing it time and time again.  It regularly seems to get the most praise online for what it is doing compared to the other big name brands. Hopefully that can last for a few more years.

Loved the panel yesterday, and loved everything they revealed.

Also I preordered, in store, the Crimson Strike Team exclusive at Gamestop today.  I saw it online, but when I clicked on it, it said sold out.  Since it only went up yesterday I knew that it would be available to preorder in store today. $132.99, but $119.99 with Edge discount.  Plus a $15 was required.  Still I am glad to get one set locally instead of having to go through Pulse.

Still a bit miffed I missed out on Chuckles, even though he was pricey.  Hoping he gets a restock somehow.

WOO-HOO!!!!!

Got my Trouble Bubble today.   It is a thing of beauty, and the Tele-Viper too.   Still not worth the final price, but I am glad to have it.  Also makes it very easy for me to want to get the PP version when it shows up at TRU.

Yeah I checked on both .com and .ca after it was posted by some Youtubers (3 minutes after by one Youtuber) and couldn't find anything in stock.  The Eel is slowly starting to get under my skin, but I know it will get a wider release down the road once the exclusivity period with Amazon is over.

To akpayne.  Yeah the Devil Fish is a personal favourite of mine.  I have 4 of them for the 3.75" scale and I almost bit on a 3D printed version, but didn't want to spend the money.  Now I am more hopeful for a proper Classified release from Hasbro.

Mine arrived by fedex as well, fantastic figure and the fact he can hold all of his accessories and still look great while doing it is impressive.

A Polar Battle bear would be a fun scaled vehicle for him... maybe someday.

No maybe about it.

If they can now get up to VAMP size at retail (regular, non-Haslab release) then a Polar Battle Bear should be easy-peasy.  Also bring on a Devil Fish.

Got Snow Job in the mail yesterday.

HOO-BOY is he a great figure.  Definitely not worth the inflated price of being a Pulse Exclusive, but still damn great.

All his accessories and his alternate head work great with him for different poses and moods.  Now bring on some more cold weather specialists.

For TRU it is simply they finally realized they were way over charging for 6" figures compared to the competition.  So they dropped the price on newer waves.  Conveniently they didn't drop the price on older figures to make sure they were all the same price.  Of course when they raised prices all the figures were raised.......convenient.

As for the Trouble Bubble, the only thing I can think of is that they had a higher MOQ for the PP version and Target had a price they wanted to reach for sales.  So Hasbro obliged.  Otherwise I can't say for sure why the price difference.

Found the Arctic BAT at the new TRU Barrhaven location (Strandherd & Jockvale in the old Bed, Bath & Beyond store).

They had 3 left after I bought one. Lots of the newer wave stuff as well (Shipwreck wave, Scrap Iron, PP Crimson Guard, TF Dusty).

Nice to have a much closer option for me now.
