80m8:
Hello everyone I discover this forum by watching video on youtube. I recently started a collection of loose GI Joe. I am so mad about my self because I sold everything to a relay cheap price when I was young and now I try to find back my favorite figure from my childhood. Since I started I want to get more figure from years before and after the time I was playing with them. That is my new Hobie that took many hours to learn, find and have fun.

I am from Montreal area and I am french sorry for my bad English and all my mistake.
I am practicing my Hobie alone I just have one friend that's relay like this but all the people I know find me strange about collecting toy but I dint care I just keep that for me and I am still happy about that but that will be cool to know more people with the same interest.

Thank you

Hey no worries my friend! You are not alone in this hobby. I also am from Montreal, had a few gi joes growing up, and sold everything I had at the time for real dirt cheap to some flea market guy, with the exception of some plentiful accessory pack weapons that I decided to keep (what was I thinking???  ;D ). Since I never looked back, buying all the Joes that I never owned. I've been happy since, although collecting becomes a secondary thing somtimes next to bigger tests in life. I found that sometimes in order to appreciate the small things you have, you need to learn to lose them at least once, and in some cases, come close to losing them, to realize how important your hobby is.

So keep it up, and yo-joe! And look-out for some regular findings and local events in the Quebec section. Enjoy and thanks for sharing!
